  • Guest：Great stay at this wonderful luxury hotel. The stuff is very helpful and polite and always willing to help and support. I asked for a high floor hotel in order to have less noise from the pool and better inside view. The hotel is about 15-20 mins walking from the center of Pattong Beach, in a less noisy and busy area. Two 7-11 stores are near and also good quality places to eat and have a drink or do your laundry. The bed mattress is superb, and so are the pillows and the sheets. The bathroom is large enough and clean with everything you will need. Balcony is not that big but very useful if you are a smoker. Breakfast has a good variety of food, and stuff is always near if you need something. At 3 pm every day, there is a free chocolate bar, and there is also happy hour at the bar of the pool. The pool is clean, and sunbeds are located under some palm trees, giving you extra shadow. I would definitely stay there again. If you guys like the location and feel good about the price, you will enjoy your stay there. It's a vfm choice

  • Guest：The welcome was wonderful — we were greeted with a cold towel and a delicious hibiscus drink. The lobby always smelled amazing, and the rooms had a lovely scent too. Every day, they offer free light snacks from 3 to 5 PM, and they also provide free shuttle service for hotel guests to Patong Beach and Central Patong Mall. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and bright. The hotel building itself is new, modern, and very clean. I didn’t try the breakfast myself, but my 6-year-old daughter did and told me there weren’t many options. As for the staff, I found them a bit cold and lacking in hospitality. They don’t seem to have the skills to engage with guests — it felt like they were just following instructions like robots. I requested a late checkout until 3 PM since my flight was at night and I had booked two rooms, but unfortunately, they refused. After many attempts, they finally agreed to let me keep just one room.
